Program FAQs

Have questions about class options, schedules, or ratings? We have compiled explanations below.

How do I know which level matches my child?
We recommend booking a free 30-minute demo. During the demo, our coach plays a short evaluation game with the student and tests their tactical vision to recommend the absolute best fitting cohort.
Can I switch courses mid-way?
Absolutely. If a student shows rapid progress and outperforms their peers, our head of curriculum will coordinate a rating shift and transition them to the next program level immediately.
What learning tools are provided?
Every student gets a custom dashboard account on our site to view class recording archives, solve assigned tactical homework puzzles, join custom club arenas on chess.com/lichess, and track their ratings.
